The Civil Litigation department is headed by the Firm's Managing Attorney Timothy M. Younger who began his career with the renowned law firm of O'Melveny & Myers, LLP in Los Angeles . Throughout his career, he has been involved in defending major companies in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. Mr. Younger has distinguished himself through his innovation and practice before the bench, as well as the negotiating table. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Younger has served as General Counsel, Senior Vice-President, and President for the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce as well as serving as Judge Pro Tem in San Bernardino County. Upon demonstrating continued excellence in his practice in combination with his civic contributions, Mr. Younger was named Small Business Person of the Year for 2000 by the City of Rancho Cucamonga and was so acknowledged by county, state, and federal officials.
 
With regard to our Labor and Employment Law Department, the firm currently handles such claims as subrogation, private discrimination, wrongful discharge litigation, employee safety litigation, and also negotiates separation and collective bargaining agreements on behalf of management. Mr. Younger also represents NFL athletes as a sports attorney, as well as Mark D. McGwire in various legal matters.
